This book gives a "simple, clear, and correct statement of what business intelligence is." Intelligence professionals will not find much new to them here, but "CEOs and persons interested in business intelligence will certainly find the book extremely informative."

From publisher: The author "investigates the current state of industrial espionage, revealing the far-reaching effects of advances in computing and wireless communications.... Rustmann's book is recommended reading for corporate professionals, but also for students and members of the public who want to know more about US and foreign espionage operations from a highly reputable professional."
